The incumbent will be responsible for the following
Budget
Contribute and Accountable to Team Projects [Discipline Name] Budget: Support [Discipline Name] Engineering Manager and the [Discipline Name] Design Leaders in the budget definition. Support [Discipline Name] Discipline Budget Performance within Projects: Track and analyze budget performance within projects, identifying and addressing deviations proactively.
Support Operations
Support Projects Discipline QCD Management: Lead the team responsible for Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) performance of the [Discipline Name] discipline within assigned projects, adhering to standardized methodologies and KPIs defined by the Division and implemented by the [Discipline Name] Engineering Manager.Ensure compliance with [Discipline Name] Discipline Methodology: Implement and enforce adherence to standardized methodologies, best practices, and KPIs for the [Discipline Name] discipline.Support design solutions and reuse: Oversee [Discipline Name] design solutions for projects and platforms, promoting the reuse of functional and solution elements from the Electronics discipline capitalization. Contribute to the resolution of critical project issues.Technical Design Reviews: Oversee Technical Design Reviews conducted by [Discipline Name] reviewers.
