We are seeking an Enterprise Architect Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Lead Enterprise Architect, you will support the development of our technology strategy by ensuring it aligns with our broader business objectives. In the role you will :

:Support the development and maintenance of the enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and roadmaps by documenting current (AS-IS) and future (TO-BE) states from a business, technology, and data perspective.Maintain the Application Portfolio Inventory, ensuring all system data (business criticality, lifecycle status, technology stack, and ownership) is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.Collaborate and partner with DT and non-DT teams across the organization, assisting in the alignment of day-to-day project decisions with the broader enterprise architecture strategy.Analyze the organization’s ecosystem and its interdependencies, utilizing existing reference architectures to understand how systems interact within the broader application landscape.Assist in guiding the organization toward appropriate technology decisions by applying principles of reuse, sustainability, standardization, and scalability across the Electrification Systems segment.Support the implementation of established architectural principles, policies, and standards within project teams.Partner with senior architects and business leaders to identify opportunities for simplifying the process and system landscape, including the identification of redundant or underutilized applications.Support Application Lifecycle Management activities, such as tracking software versions, assessing technical debt, and assisting in the planning of application upgrades or retirements.Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends, performing initial impact assessments and analyzing how they could benefit the organization.Contribute to operational excellence by supporting the maintenance of stable IT and business operations through rigorous documentation and proactive monitoring.Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including IT teams (ERP, Cyber Security, Sourcing, etc.) and strategic vendors, to ensure efficient project execution and support.Ensure conformance to compliance standards and best practices by assisting in regular architectural reviews and audits of the application portfolio.Contribute to a team culture of lean methodology, innovation, collaboration, inclusiveness, and integrity.Engage in continuous learning and professional development, working closely with the Lead Enterprise Architect to build your architectural expertise and achieve measurable professional goals.
