A documentation specialist in an energy company. Manages Teamcenter documentation workflows and CMS content, maintaining engineering documentation data, metadata, and lifecycle information. Also supports Teamcenter user training and system enhancements.
Full job description
Your Tasks
Organize and plan Engineering documentation. Participate in the Engineering development projects, ensuring proper and timely documentation. Coordinate the continuous improvement tickets. Manage Teamcenter and CMS (Content Management System) for the creation, organization, and change management of documentation. Improve the procedures related to documentation creation and management within the Engineering department Team worker, customer & solution oriented, clear and structured communication and leadership skills. High quality awareness and assertiveness. Intercultural experience necessary. Comfortable to work and interact frequently with relevant stakeholders across the organization, understanding situations and applying a global perspective aligned with company strategy. Combining creativity with attention to detail and a systematic and careful way of working. Serve as first-level support contact for Teamcenter users within Documentation Management and Engineering. Prepare and deliver user training, user guides and work instructions. Support adoption of Teamcenter documentation processes. Manage documentation-related data, metadata, attributes and lifecycle information within Teamcenter. Ensure data quality, consistency and compliance with defined standards. Monitor documentation data integrity and completeness. Support review, release, revision and archiving processes within Teamcenter. Support documentation workflow governance and workflow optimization activities. Gather and document business requirements for Teamcenter improvements. Translate documentation business requirements into enhancement requests and change proposals. Act as interface between Documentation Management, Engineering, IT and the Teamcenter organization. Support testing, upgrades, releases and data migration activities related to Teamcenter. Support future TPS-Teamcenter integration activities and documentation-related CMS processes.
