Accountable For

Complying with Engineering disciplines processes and Design Rules:

Plan, monitor and control activities according to Engineering discipline PD of his/her PG/PL following CPM (CLEAN Project Management)In charge of the robust design / validation in line with the economical targetsReview Internal requirements, Customer Requirements, SpecificationsPerform or support design calculations / simulations / coding / associated acceptance testsApplies Standardization rules, exceptionally will request de standardizations based on justificationsResponsible for Engineering discipline design reviews preparationInterface with the customer for the Engineering discipline contentReport and escalate to the Product Technical Manager/Leader/Engineer and his Hierarchical

Responsible for the detailed scheduling and budgeting

Contribute to the identification of the needs in terms of resources, equipments, investmentsEstablish detail breakdown of the activities to meet the milestonesFollow activities and spending of his scope to meet his allowed budget and timing

Management of the contributors

Daily management of his groupAssign to them the needed work packagesRegular review with his/her Hierarchical to check alignment between needs and availabilities
