Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and highly driven Product Lead to own the end-to-end digital customer experience for Vehicle Finance products across Two-Wheeler (2W), Passenger Vehicle (PV) and other vehicle financing journeys.The role will be responsible for defining the digital product vision, designing best-in-class customer journeys, driving Salesforce LOS transformation initiatives, implementing AI-led customer experiences, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes. The incumbent will act as the single point of ownership for product roadmap execution, governance, compliance adherence, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence across the Vehicle Finance ecosystem.This is a leadership role requiring strong product management capabilities, deep understanding of vehicle finance processes, experience in Salesforce implementations, and the ability to manage large-scale transformation programs involving business, technology, operations, credit, risk, compliance, and external partners.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Product & Customer ExperienceDefine and own the digital product roadmap, and customer experience for Vehicle Finance productsDesign and continuously enhance customer journeys across sourcing, onboarding, credit underwriting, approval, disbursement, servicing, collections, and renewalsDrive customer-centric journey transformation using data-driven decision making and journey analyticsConduct regular competition benchmarking and market scans to identify emerging trends, innovations, and best practicesIdentify opportunities for simplification, digitization, automation, and straight-through processingChampion AI-led experiences, GenAI use cases, intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and conversational experiences across customer and operational journeysDefine product success metrics and KPIs including conversion, turnaround time, drop-offs, customer satisfaction, productivity, and adoption

Product Delivery & Salesforce TransformationLead end-to-end delivery of Vehicle Finance digital initiatives on LOS/CRM platforms Own product requirements, business cases, feature prioritization, and roadmap executionTranslate business requirements into scalable product solutions and user storiesDrive implementation of Vehicle Finance journeys Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure high-quality solution design and implementationManage product releases from conception through production deployment
