Position Overview

As Team Lead / Manager, you will own a portfolio of digital enablement initiatives within the H2R space and lead a team of Digital Process Enablement Associates and Consultants. You will be the connective tissue between HR business teams and technology — translating pain points into scalable, AI-powered solutions, and mentoring your team to do the same.

Team Leadership & Delivery Management

Lead a team of DPE Associates / Consultants; manage workload, priorities, quality of output and career development. Set delivery cadence, review technical designs, and hold the team to a high standard of solutioning and execution. Coach team members on AI tooling, process thinking, solution design and stakeholder handling. Own the pipeline of transformation initiatives within your portfolio — sequencing, resourcing and prioritisation.

Problem Discovery & Solution Design

Drive end-to-end diagnostic reviews across H2R sub-processes — recruitment, onboarding, core HR, payroll, time & attendance, benefits, performance, learning, offboarding. Identify bottlenecks, manual touchpoints, compliance gaps and redundancy through data analysis, process mining, stakeholder interviews and design thinking. Architect solutions ranging from workflow automations to AI-powered agents — leveraging GenAI, LLMs, RPA, intelligent chatbots, NLP and predictive analytics. Produce solution blueprints, process flows, functional specs and user stories that are precise enough to build from. Benchmark against Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, ADP and emerging AI-native HR tools.

Hands-on Build & Technical Ownership

Prototype solutions yourself in AI tools, low-code platforms and automation stacks — you do not delegate every build. Evaluate emerging AI platforms, run proofs-of-concept, and make build-vs-buy calls with clear rationale. Own solution architecture, integration design and non-functional considerations (security, data, scale, cost). Partner with IT / engineering on integration patterns, data models and deployment.

Project Ownership & Stakeholder Management

Drive projects from ideation through go-live and value realisation; own timelines, risks and change management. Collaborate across HR COEs, payroll, compliance, IT and external vendors to land outcomes. Report progress, KPIs, adoption metrics and value delivered to senior leadership on a regular cadence.

Storytelling & Communication

Craft executive-quality decks and narratives that communicate transformation vision, progress and impact. Facilitate design thinking workshops and working sessions with business stakeholders. Create thought leadership content and internal case studies to drive AI adoption across the function.

Your Success Is Grounded In

Experience: 7–12 years overall experience in digital transformation or project consulting with an automation focus. Team leadership: Prior experience leading a small team or a workstream, with demonstrated ability to coach and grow talent. Domain: Solid working knowledge of the Digital initiatives and problem solving Technical edge: Hands-on exposure to AI/ML, GenAI tools, LLM-based solutions, RPA or intelligent workflows. You have actually built or shipped something, not only reviewed it. Delivery: Proven track record of owning a project end-to-end and shipping outcomes, not just recommendations. Communication: Strong executive presentation and storytelling skills.

Good-to-haves

Certifications in AI/ML, Digital Transformation, Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Agile/Scrum or HR Technology. Experience with prompt engineering, agentic AI patterns, or LLM evaluation. Exposure to change management and adoption playbooks at scale.
