The Position

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 2–5 years of experience to support our Patient Experience (Px) workstream. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in data analysis and preferably solid understanding of pharma datasets and patient analytics. This role involves transforming complex data into actionable insights to support business decisions and improve patient access strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret complex datasets related to patient access and healthcare programsSupport the Patient Experience workstream with data-driven insights and reportingDevelop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using Excel and other toolsWrite efficient queries and manage datasets using SQLPerform data cleaning, validation, and transformation using PythonCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutionsIdentify trends, patterns, and anomalies in patient and pharma datasetsEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with industry standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar roleStrong proficiency in:Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data modeling)SQL (data extraction, transformation, and querying)Python (data manipulation using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy)Experience working with large datasets and relational databasesStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working with pharmaceutical datasetsKnowledge of patient analytics, including patient journeys, adherence, and access programsFamiliarity with healthcare data standards and compliance requirements
