As a Condition Monitoring Advisor at Caterpillar, you will help our customers prevent downtime through condition monitoring techniques. You will generate powerful & accurate recommendations that will enable aftermarket services growth as well as stronger relationships with our customers. This includes analysis of electronic, fluids, and and other equipment and fleet data. This position requires working onsite five days a week.

Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.8 years of relevant work experienceExcellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Top Candidates will also bringExperience with diesel enginesProficiency in using condition monitoring tools and softwareProven experience in condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, product experience, or a similar roleStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.Programming skills in Python or SnowflakeExperience using Generative AI to generate value
