Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will lead and mentor a team of 12 Business Development Associates, drive sales performance, achieve business targets, and identify new opportunities for business growth.

Location: Chennai (Thiruvanmiyur) – Work from OfficeExperience: 5+ years in Sales/Business Development, including 2–3 years in a managerial role.Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM | 6-Day Work WeekExperience: Freshers or up to 3 years of experience in Sales

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the BDA team to achieve sales targets.Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and business growth.Training & Development: Coach team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.Client Relationships: Build strong client relationships and improve customer satisfaction.Performance Analysis: Monitor sales pipelines, conversion rates, and team KPIs.
