Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective learners through inbound and outbound calls and understand their learning needs. Counsel customers and recommend the right music courses and learning programs. Manage leads through the sales funnel and consistently achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets. Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. Build strong customer relationships and provide a smooth experience from enquiry to enrolment. Maintain accurate lead and sales information in the CRM. Track daily performance, conversion rates, and follow-up activities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless learner onboarding experience.
