Position Summary: Accounts Receivable Senior Analyst to provide financial, clerical and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment of accounts under his or her control. 100% Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Follow established procedures for processing receipts, relating to lockbox deposits, chech deposits, ACH/Wire payments, and Returns, etcWork together with internal and external customers for the improvements in cash application, as well as collections and credits processing. Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlinesMonitoring customer account details for non payments, delayed payments and other irregularitiesreconciliation of accountsCapable of resolving complex issues about collections.Maintain accounts receivable customer files.Investigate and resolve customer queries/accounts with respect to billing issues and discrepancies relating to customer paymentsProcess adjustments such as bad debt write offs and bad debt allowances for month endFollow up on past due accounts and report on the progress of collection efforts on a weekly basisCommunicating with customers via phone, email, mail or personallyAssist in recruiting, training as well as motivate an accounts receivable team.

Education & Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree is mandatoryKnowledge of accounts receivableKnowledge of office administration and proceduresKnowledge of general bookkeeping proceduresProficient in relevant computer applications5+ years accounts receivable and general accounting experience
