Job Purpose

To build and grow HSBC Premier Banking relationships with high-net-worth individual (HNI) customers, acting as a single point of contact and providing comprehensive banking support and financial advisory aligned to customer needs. The role focuses on delivering against business targets while meeting Global Premier Service Standards and ensuring strong conduct and regulatory outcomes.

Grow profit and portfolio value across Premier client relationships through new and existing businessDeliver agreed financial targets through effective relationship management and consistent service deliveryConduct regular client reviews to understand needs and recommend suitable products and servicesIdentify wealth review opportunities and provide tailored wealth solutions aligned to customer goalsBuild long-term client relationships that improve retention satisfaction and wallet shareMaintain accurate client information using client relationship management tools and disciplined record keepingManage a prospect pipeline and apply structured plans to deepen and expand relationshipsEmbed HSBC policies and controls including KYC AML and sanctions alongside sales quality requirements

Eligibility & Educational Qualifications

Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline with 4-7 years of relevant experienceSubstantial experience as a Relationship Manager within the Retail or Premier Banking segmentProven outcomes in wealth products with a record of meeting portfolio and revenue goalsStrong wealth management technical knowledge to provide suitable recommendations and adviceExperience building trusted relationships with high-net-worth individual (HNI) clients as a consistent point of contactCapability using client relationship management systems to maintain accurate timely client dataExperience partnering with Compliance Credit and Risk and Internal Control teams to deliver balanced risk outcomesRequired local regulatory licences and accreditations for wealth management or equivalent demonstrable experienceAMFI IRDA NISM XXI A (PMS Certification) and NISM XIII (SIF Certification) or equivalent certification or equivalent demonstrable experience where required by the market

Additional Notes

Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage. Mandatory to successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required.
