About the Role

We are hiring an Associate CAD Manager – BBG (D) to join our Retail Asset Operations team. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day transactions related to Retail Banking products, including onboarding, limit setup, disbursement, and MIS reporting. The candidate will ensure error-free processing in compliance with organizational policies and procedures, while also supporting data analysis and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

Manage the onboarding process for Retail Banking products.Handle limit setup and disbursement activities with accuracy and within defined turnaround times (TAT).Maintain and update various MIS reports related to limit setup and disbursement.Ensure all processes are executed with zero error and in compliance with internal policies.Possess a thorough understanding of retail banking processes and systems.Collect and analyze data from stakeholders for regulatory reporting.Present data insights to senior management and external parties using MS Office tools.

Secondary Responsibilities

Coordinate with vendors including legal, technical, and Registrar of Companies (ROC).Prepare presentations for internal reviews and support data analysis for projects.

What We Are Looking For

Education

Graduation: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in retail asset operations or related functions.

Skills and Attributes

Strong understanding of retail banking operations and systems.High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage vendor relationships.
