Required to have Mobile Phone with OS Version with IOS 26 /Andriod 16 or above as mandatory requirement under the recent Infosec guidelines from Client" Job Summary We are looking for Engineer / Sr. Engineer HFC Network Design with experience in HFC - RF and AC design, CAD drafting, OSP network design, preparation of construction drawings, and engineering documentation. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of accurate, high-quality (100%), and constructible engineering designs while ensuring compliance Australian regulations and standards. Roles & Responsibility "OSP, Core & Aggregation Network Design Prepare construction-ready engineering drawings and HFC OSP design packages including conduits, cable pathways, asset placement, and telecommunications infrastructure layouts.using AutoCAD. Develop underground pit & pipe, aerial, and mixed OSP network layouts based on customer standards and design guidelines. Produce engineering deliverables including construction drawings, cable routing plans, pit & pipe layouts, pole attachment drawings, BOMs, design notes, and as-built documentation. Design and deliver end-to-end fibre network solutions with the knowledge of FTTX, Carrier Ethernet, CMTS, agregation networks. Create Network Design Documents (NDD) with complete deliverables (BOM, configs, diagrams, fibre details, etc.). Incorporate engineering markups, redlines, and revisions into existing drawings. Engineering Support & Coordination Assist other designer in preparing HFC RF and AC design documentation. Support field queries, engineering change requests, and redline updates. Coordinate with Project Coordinators, Integration team and Field teams for ensuring configuration & implementation. Quality Control & Compliance Ensure 100% Quality for the designs delivered. Perform self-quality checks before design submission Ensure compliance with customer drafting standards, nbn engineering guidelines, and internal quality requirements. Participate in quality audits and implement corrective actions arising from audit findings. Follow Safety in Design (SiD) principles and applicable Australian telecommunications standards. Document Management & Continuous Improvement Maintain design records, project files, revision histories, and engineering documentation. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality enhancement, efficiency, and productivity improvements." Mandatory Technical Skills "Strong experience in telecom/OSP Design tools as AutoCAD/SpatialNet/ GIS with multi-technology networks (HFC, FTTX, CMTS) Strong knowledge in DOCSIS, optical nodes, amplifiers, RF distribution networks, HFC power systems, and customer access networks. Working experience on Distribution Fibre Network (DFN) and Local Fibre Network (LFN) concepts will be an advantage.
