As a Senior Analyst – Medical Analytics, you will collaborate closely with Field analytics & Insights - Medical, U.S. Medical Affairs (USMA) teams. You will play a key role in enabling data-driven medical strategy and enhancing patient outcomes through advanced analytics.

Your Opportunity

Lead complex analytics initiatives supporting Medical Affairs across areas such as real-world data analysis, patient outcomes, treatment pathways, pre & post launch tracking, customer list generation and disease progressionPartner with Field Medical and Medical Networks teams to generate insights from HCP/KOL engagement data, enabling optimization of medical strategies and field effectivenessDevelop and implement scalable data pipelines, automation solutions, and analytical frameworks to process and analyze large healthcare datasetsWork on analytics use cases spanning HEOR, medical impact assessment, patient journey analytics, and health equity researchLeverage diverse datasets such as claims, EHR/EMR, clinical trial data, and interaction data (MSL/HCP engagements) to derive actionable insightsCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate scientific and business questions into analytical solutions and deliver high-quality outputsCreate clear and impactful presentations to communicate complex clinical and scientific insights to stakeholdersAct as a thought partner by delivering high-quality, scientifically grounded analytics solutions and recommendationsManage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and stakeholder alignmentWork across global teams and time zones to support business needsMentor junior team members and contribute to capability building within the team

Who You Are

You hold a bachelor’s degree in Technology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biostatistics, or a related discipline, with 4–8 years of analytics/consulting experience, including 2–5 years in Pharma/Biotech/Healthcare analytics. A Master’s degree is an added advantageStrong experience in Medical Analytics, real-world data analysis, clinical analytics, or outcomes researchHands-on experience working with healthcare datasets such as claims, EHR/EMR, clinical trials, and field medical interaction dataGood understanding of U.S. Medical Affairs ecosystem, including Field Medical, Medical Networks, and Scientific OperationsProficiency in SQL and Excel, along with strong programming skills in Python, R, or SASExperience in building data pipelines, automation workflows, and scalable analytical solutionsStrong understanding of statistical techniques, data modelling, and analytical problem-solvingExposure to therapeutic areas such as oncology, immunology, neurology, etc., is preferredExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insightsDemonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
