You will join the Digital Manufacturing Support Services department and collaborate with one of our Digital Product Teams within the Idea to Market & Order to Delivery domain, specifically covering Digital Manufacturing, Warehousing & CPX in the Digital Business Solutions. In this product area, we standardize and integrate manufacturing execution systems across Vestas factories, enabling real time visibility, continuous improvement & process optimization in line with Vestas standards & operational excellence.

Responsibilities

As part of the Digital Manufacturing Support team, you will be involved in the following activities.

Support Perspective

Provide L1 (P3/P4) support for Apriso, EAM & QDA applications through ticketing systemHandle user requests related to Master Data configuration, Performance monitoring, Troubleshooting through ticketing systemMonitor, triage, and resolve incoming tickets within defined SLAsMaintain accurate records of incidents, requests, and resolutionsUnderstand the business processes & Vestas way of workingIdeal candidates will actively contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction across all supported applicationsWork closely with the functional and end-to-end test teams to troubleshoot problems found in integration testingInvestigate and resolve issues reported by users, identifying the root cause, and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence

Operations Perspective

Stay updated with technological advancements and industry trends to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.Keep abreast of new developments and upgrades in the systems.Perform Regression Testing in relation to system maintenance, improvement & release deployment.Handle deployment of packages and builds to Test and Production servers. With a sense of urgency, monitor critical IT issues to ensure proper priority and leverage these to ensure issue resolution.Prepare setup guides / Knowledge base articles.Able to work on automated regression testing

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT or Mechanical or Electrical engineering4 to 6 years of Support Experience Experience in any Manufacturing/shop-floor applications will be considered as added advantagePossess a can-do attitude with attention to detailBasic understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Request & Problem Management)Experience in different modules of Apriso (Production, Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance, Time & Labor) will be an added advantageExposure to Apriso Desktop Client maintenance screens would be an added advantage.Exposure to ERP tools (SAP PP/MM modules) will be considered as added advantage
