We are looking for: Administrator - Onboarding & Learning Programs
You’ll Make An Impact By
Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for all new employees across Siemens businesses and functions.Manage pre-boarding communications and ensure new hires receive all relevant information before their joining date.Schedule and administer induction programs, orientation sessions, and onboarding workshops.Coordinate with HR, IT, Facilities, Security, Finance, and hiring managers to ensure workplace readiness.Track completion of onboarding documentation, policy acknowledgments, compliance requirements, and mandatory training.Facilitate welcome sessions and provide administrative support during onboarding events.Ensure a positive and engaging onboarding experience aligned with Siemens values and culture.Monitor onboarding progress and proactively resolve issues impacting the new hire experience.Collect onboarding feedback and recommend improvements to increase employee satisfaction and engagement.Program Coordination and Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for onboarding and learning-related queries.Partner with hiring managers to ensure successful transition of new employees into their teams.Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Learning & Development teams on learning initiatives.Coordinate training logistics including venue booking, virtual meeting setup, attendee management, and resource preparation.Support enterprise-wide onboarding and capability development initiatives.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.Additional certifications in Learning & Development, HR Operations, or Project Coordination are an advantage.Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations, Learning Administration, Employee Onboarding, Talent Development, or a related administrative role.Experience working in a multinational organization is preferred.Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMS) is highly desirable.Required Skills & CompetenciesTechnical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).Experience with Learning Management Systems and HR systems.Reporting and data analysis capabilities.Knowledge of onboarding workflows and training administration processes.Excellent organizational and coordination skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Customer-focused mindset with passion for employee experience.High attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Professional approach to handling confidential information.
