Shape Accurate Financial Reporting as an Accountant, Record-to-Report

Join us as an Accountant, Record-to-Report and play an important role in ensuring accurate financial accounting, timely month-end close activities, regulatory compliance, and high-quality financial reporting. You will work independently on core accounting activities, reconcile and analyze financial data, and support business stakeholders with technical accounting guidance. Your responsibilities

Perform and review journal entries, accruals, and provisions.Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.Reconcile accounts and verify the accuracy of journal entries to maintain a complete and accurate general ledger.Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and resolve outstanding items.Manage fixed asset accounting, including depreciation and asset capitalization.Perform intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.Analyze financial information and prepare accounting reports and statements.Prepare financial reports including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, debtor and creditor reports, repayment schedules, and regulatory filings.Provide technical accounting advice, including hedge accounting and POC accounting, to support revenue and expense forecasting.Collaborate with functional and operational managers to help them understand financial reports and manage financial responsibilities.

Expectations from you

1-3 years of relevant accounting experience.Experience performing Record-to-Report activities.Knowledge of journal entries, accruals, provisions, and general ledger accounting.Experience with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.Ability to prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations.Knowledge of fixed assets accounting, depreciation, and capitalization.Experience handling intercompany reconciliations.Ability to analyze financial information and prepare accounting reports and statements.Understanding of financial reporting requirements and accounting compliance.Ability to work independently while managing routine accounting activities.
