Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh. This role involves managing and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective customers, understanding their financial needs, and recommending suitable life insurance solutions. The Relationship Manager will conduct regular follow-ups, handle customer queries and service requests, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams for policy issuance and servicing, maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales activities, and meeting assigned business targets. The role also includes participating in local marketing and outreach activities to expand the customer base and strengthen brand presence.

Qualifications

Strong customer relationship management and client servicing skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term engagement.Sales and business development capabilities, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing insurance or financial products.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with clear spoken and written English and local language proficiency as an advantage.Basic financial literacy and understanding of life insurance products, with the ability to explain solutions in simple, accessible terms.Good organizational and time-management skills, including accurate record-keeping and follow-through on tasks and commitments.Comfort with using digital tools and CRM or sales systems for customer management and reporting.Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in finance, business, or commerce is preferred but not mandatory.Prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial services is beneficial; motivated entry-level candidates with relevant aptitude will also be considered.
