Business Development Associate

Urban Company is looking for Business Development Associates (BDAs) to join our Repairs - AC team. We aren't looking for spectators, we’re looking for owners who want to build the backbone of India’s largest home services platform.

What you’ll be doing: ✅ On-ground Execution: Identifying and onboarding the best service technicians in your city. ✅ Supply Growth: Managing and scaling our partner network to meet soaring demand. ✅ Problem Solving: Tackling real-world operational challenges in real-time. ✅ Impact: Owning your territory and driving the metrics that move the needle.
