About the Role
Policybazaar is looking for an experienced Motor Insurance professional to drive business growth through OEM and dealership partnerships.
This is a pure Individual Contributor role with no team handling responsibility. The role will focus on client acquisition, client onboarding, dealership/OEM relationship management, business development, and B2C sales.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire and onboard new OEMs and automobile dealerships.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEM and dealer clients.
Drive B2C Motor Insurance business through the assigned network.
Manage end-to-end client acquisition and onboarding.
Conduct regular client and dealership visits.
Handle client meetings, negotiations, documentation, and commercial discussions.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the assigned dealer/OEM network.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and policy issuance.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Travel extensively across the assigned territory as required.
Mandatory Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience in Motor Insurance / OEM / Dealership Sales.
Motor Insurance experience is mandatory.
Experience working with OEMs and/or automobile dealerships.
Strong B2C Sales and business development experience.
Proven experience in Client Acquisition and Client Onboarding.
Strong client-facing and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of dealership documentation and processes.
Willingness to undertake extensive travel.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Individual Contributor role no team handling required.
Male candidates required.
Preferred Profile
Candidates with experience in Motor Insurance, OEM Sales, Dealer Management, Automotive Sales, or Insurance Distribution will be preferred.
