Join Home Credit India and become part of one of India's leading consumer finance companies, helping customers access simple, transparent, and responsible financial solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business through field sales, referrals, and channel partners.Acquire new customers and promote Home Credit's financial products.Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, partners, and customers.Achieve monthly sales and productivity targets.Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.Maintain accurate sales records and ensure compliance with company policies.Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service.EligibilityGraduate in any discipline (preferred).Freshers with a strong sales aptitude are welcome to apply.Prior experience in BFSI, NBFC, Telecom, FMCG, Retail, or Field Sales will be an added advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work in the field.Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital applications.
