Job Purpose

Fund Management & Fund Planning with Overall Retail Process Improvement to ensure the Rotation of Funds in the system to support the incremental sales no.

Key Responsibilities

KRA

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Retail Finance Penetration

Leading Finance penetration % against CNH Sales, Financier-wise Disbursement growth

Relationship Management

Number of active Financier tie-ups, Dealer Satisfaction, resolution of dealer finance issues

Retail Business Growth

Incremental retail volumes supported through finance, retail conversion ratio

Financier Relationship Management

Engagement with banks/NBFCs, sanction limit enhancement, turnaround time improvement

Portfolio Quality

NPA control, delinquency levels, overdue reduction, portfolio health

Trade Advance (TA) Management

TA outstanding control, ageing reduction, timely closure of open cases

Documentation & Compliance

PDD completion %, RC/Insurance collection %, Audit Compliance (If any)

Dealer Financial Hygiene

Monitoring dealer Financials, Working capital discipline, Overdue Controls

MIS & Reporting

Accuracy and timeliness of Retail MISs, dashboard updates, issue escalation to Support Sales

Process Improvement

Overall Retail Process Improvement to ensure the Rotation of Funds in the system to support the incremental sales no

Experience Required

7 to 10 Years in a relevant job role of Automobile (OEM) Retail or Retail Finance

Preferred Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: BE (Mechanical/ Agricultural Engg.) or MBA with graduation

Relevant Industry: Bank/ NBFC – Retail Loan of Automobile Product Line (Tractor is Preferable) Or the Automobile OEM Retail Function

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is INR ₹2,200,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
