Role & responsibilities
Monitor daily warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, inventory management, order processing, and outbound activities.
Use WMS and analytical tools to track operational performance and improve efficiency.
Monitor key operational KPIs and identify delays, errors, and process gaps.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports and KPI dashboards covering inventory accuracy, order fulfilment, TAT, productivity, and cost efficiency.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve operational performance.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting and data visibility.
Identify operational bottlenecks and support teams in resolving day-to-day issues.
Participate in process improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.
Support Lean and Six Sigma projects focused on process improvement and cost reduction.
Identify opportunities to improve quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Escalate critical operational issues to the relevant stakeholders and support timely resolution.
