About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and organized Purchase / Store Executive to manage day-to-day purchasing, inventory, material inward/outward, vendor coordination, and store operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day purchase activities as per material requirements.

Source materials, compare quotations, negotiate rates, and coordinate with vendors.

Prepare and maintain Purchase Orders (POs) and purchase-related records.

Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and follow up on pending materials.

Handle material inward, outward, GRN, and stock entries in the system.

Maintain accurate stock and inventory records and ensure proper material availability.

Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and raise purchase requirements accordingly.

Coordinate with Production, Accounts, and other departments for material requirements.

Verify received materials against PO, quantity, and required specifications.

Maintain proper documentation of purchase and store transactions.

Identify slow-moving, excess, shortage, and obsolete inventory.

Ensure proper storage, identification, and handling of materials.

Support inventory reconciliation and periodic stock verification.

Maintain good relationships with existing and new vendors.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in Purchase, Stores, Inventory, or Procurement.

Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment will be preferred.

Good knowledge of purchase processes, inventory management, and vendor coordination.

Basic knowledge of ERP/software-based inventory management.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Strong follow-up, coordination, and record-keeping abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets is an advantage.

Candidate should be organized, responsible, and comfortable working in a plant environment.
