Job Description

Operate and monitor the Aluminium Extrusion Press efficiently as per standard operating parameters

Assist in loading billets, setting press parameters, and ensuring smooth extrusion flow

Operate puller, ensuring accurate pulling and straightening of extruded profiles

Handle run-out table and run-out saw operations with precision

Operate and maintain the billet saw as per production planning

Perform profile measurement using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools

Follow and implement product recipe (extrusion parameters) as per each profile requirement

Support Kaizen and continuous process improvement activities

Monitor extrusion speed, temperature, and quality to ensure zero defects

Identify abnormalities in the extrusion line and immediately report to Production/Quality

Maintain complete documentation of daily production, parameters, and quality checks

Ensure proper handling of dies and coordinate with die shop when required

Maintain 5S, housekeeping, and adhere strictly to safety standards and PPE usage

Support the team in meeting daily output, quality, and productivity targets

Qualification

Minimum Qualification: 12th / ITI / Diploma (Mechanical or relevant trade)

Experience: 5–7 years in Aluminium Extrusion operations

Practical experience operating extrusion press, puller, runout saw, and billet saw

Knowledge of extrusion profile measurement techniques
