Job Description
Perform wiring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of motor starters, power & control wiring, and industrial electrical systems.
Maintain and repair field sensors, relays, contactors, and PLC-related devices.
Carry out breakdown, preventive, and predictive maintenance for all electrical equipment.
Responsible for maintenance of electrical devices and equipment including Transformers, MCC, PCC, HT & LT Panels.
Perform regular inspection, lubrication, and maintenance of EOT cranes and lifting systems.
Support installation and commissioning activities of Aluminium extrusion plants and associated equipment.
Diagnose faults and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, checklists, and safety logs.
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations using appropriate PPE.
Assist in root-cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Support cross-departmental teams as required to ensure smooth operations.
Qualification
Minimum Qualification: ITI – Electrical
Experience: 5–7 years in industrial electrical maintenance. Strong knowledge of motor starters, control wiring, PLC-based devices, and industrial field sensors.
Hands-on experience in maintaining Transformers, MCC/PCC, HT/LT Panels, and EOT cranes. Exposure to industrial installation & commissioning (experience in Aluminium extrusion is an added advantage).
Good understanding of electrical safety procedures and standards.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring schematics.
