Role Summary

Coordinate between graphic designers, clients, and internal departments to ensure design projects are delivered on time, accurately, and to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Act as point of contact between clients and design team for briefs, feedback, and revisions

Track project timelines and flag delays or bottlenecks

Coordinate with other departments (sales, production, packaging) for smooth handoffs

Manage client expectations around scope and turnaround time

Maintain project status tracker for all ongoing design work

Ensure final designs meet brand and client requirements before delivery

Requirements

2–4 years in project coordination, client servicing, or account management (design/creative/gifting industry preferred)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Basic understanding of design workflows

Comfortable using tools like Excel

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
