Business DevelopmentResponsible for meeting with the sales budgetInteracting with customers for enhancement of businessResponsible of increasing existing business through adding new parameters / price hike / ownership transferInitiation of Customers retention measures by building on customer relationsCollect references from existing customers and create a customer pool for new business developmentResponsible to timely cater customer queries to increase business Distribution ManagementLiase with distribution and channel partners in fulfilling customer ordersResponsible for raising Purchase orders and IndentResponsible for various activities related to control and monitor or the orders, dispatches to the end user from the stockists Clarify Data ManagementUpdation of Information regarding customer visitsUpdation of Competitors informationCreation of new database and process documentationsManagement of the entire data and usage of the same for catering customers ComplianceLiase with customers for IPC (Instrument Placement Contract)compliance or introduction of new assays OthersOrganize and assist Product Mangers in conducting CME's

Who You Are:

You will have a successful and considerable proven track record in leading people, preferably acquired in the healthcare industryTo be considered for this role, you will need Degree educated or equivalent in engineering, scientific or related field and to evidence your success in service delivery; a proven track record of developing strong relationships with key stakeholders to the highest decision making level leading to successful business outcomesA strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to prioritize and deliver, you can drive change and adoption of new conceptsWith confidence and passion, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to communicate with maximum impactResilient, tenacious, you strive under pressure, working effectively as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.
