About the job:Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including supplies and visitor management.
2. Oversee and coordinate with Indique to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
3. Monitor and ensure maintenance of G2 office infrastructure as per agreements and legal requirements.
4. Provide efficient administrative support to leadership and employees by handling all administrative requests within 24 hours.
5. Manage the budget for office-related expenses and recommend adjustments based on previous years' spending patterns and anticipated requirements.
6. Drive best practices in office management.
7. Plan and execute monthly/quarterly employee engagement activities and APAC All-Hands meetings to foster a positive workplace culture.
8. Take complete ownership of organizing G2 India annual corporate meetups and support the Revenue team with G2 Live.
9. Drive ERG and community events in the region to strengthen the unique G2 culture in APAC.
10. Coordinate the regional execution of employee milestones, including managing anniversary gifts, mementos, and new-joiner swag.
11. Oversee onboarding logistics such as ID card issuance, visiting cards, and other essentials to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new joiners.
12. Review and assess current administrative office processes to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency and maintain consistency with other regional offices.
13. Develop and implement streamlined procedures for visitor management, vendor management, and office infrastructure organization.
14. Document all processes and policies on the Bangalore office Confluence page, ensuring they are regularly updated for accessibility and accuracy.
15. Own and manage the Bangalore office Slack channel, acting as the primary point of contact for addressing and resolving office-related requests.
16. Drive ad hoc initiatives and projects as necessary from time to time.
17. Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to maintain quality standards.
18. Investigate and leverage AI or automation to enhance operational speed and drive productivity gains.
