Role summary:

Serves as a technical Workday Integration Specialist, leading integration projects, maintaining functional configurations, and ensuring accurate documentation, testing, and audit compliance. Provides Tier 3 support by analyzing and resolving complex system issues, coordinating with technology partners, and proactively improving system performance and security.

Your role:

Serves as a technical specialist for HR Data & TechnologyLead projects to configure new integrations between systems.Knowledge of XSLT and other languages necessary for modifying and troubleshooting existing integrationsDevelop, review, and update system documentation during changes or new implementationsPerform thorough problem analysis, including problem re-creation, resulting in resolutionTier 3 support for HR Data & Technology integration cases within case management systemCoordinate with Technology Partners to learn and document resolution for Tier 3 supportProject Coordination as neededCoordinate multiple phases of testing, including writing test plans and test scripts, performing system testing, and supporting user testingBuild or maintain functional configuration including custom validations, condition rules, and calculated fieldsResearches and minimizes reported problems or pain points within HR platforms drives resolution of issues, analyzes security issues, and recommends corrective and proactive actionPrepares and distributes Internal Audit and SOX Controls Documentation

Your profile:

BS or BA Degree in a relevant field is desired or 5+ years of experienceAdvanced understanding and demonstrated abilities in support of complex analysis of current and future system development, evaluations of new applications or vendors, and ability to drive automation in a complex environmentAdvanced knowledge of types of integrations supported by Workday such as Orchestrate, Core Connectors, custom Workday Studio integrations, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and API based connections (SOAP/REST) desired.Intermediate knowledge of HR functions and business rules including payroll, compensation, recruiting, and staffing practices and benefitsDeep experience in the configuration and design of workflows and business rulesExperience administering case management systems, such as NeocaseHands on experience performing system testing, writing test scripts, and supporting UATFamiliarity with SOX controls, audit processes, and HR data qualityEffective verbal and written communication skillsSelf-reliant and effective problem-solver generating high-quality and innovative solutions in a timely fashion.A positive attitude, an optimistic approach, and resiliency when facing obstacles or challenges are all critical for success in this role.Able to collaborate with others to solve challenging business problemsAbility to prioritize, multitask, and work on multiple projects at oncePassionate about learning, motivated to continuously improve skills, and ability to adapt to new technologies and business solutionsFlexible, agile, and adaptable to changing business needsValue the importance of being customer-centric and serving othersStrong attention to detail with a high level of personal ownership
