Role & responsibilities
1.Drive Gold revenue to AOP through floor execution, team capability, and customer conversion.
2. Build and sustain a high-performing Gold CSA team through hands-on daily coaching and performance management.
3. Ensure Gold counter merchandising, display standards, and inventory availability are maintained at all times.
4. Drive daily, weekly, and monthly Gold category sales to achieve the store Gold AOP .
5. Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the Gold portfolio to improve average bill value.
6. Maintain Gold counter display standards, product positioning, and planogram compliance at all times.
7. Be personally present for complex or high-value Gold customer interactions to support CSA closure.
8. Set individual performance targets for each Gold CSA; review weekly and provide structured feedback.
9. Collaborate with SM to plan and execute Gold-specific store BTL activities, local events, and festive promotions.
10. Follow all store SOPs, security procedures, and Gold inventory handling protocols without exception.
11. Track promotion performance (bills, ABV, enrolments) and share post-activity review with SM.
12. Resolve escalated customer concerns on the Gold floor promptly and professionally.
