Role & responsibilities
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
Acquire new customers using company-provided leads and generate quality business.
Cross-sell and upsell products to existing customers based on their requirements.
Generate fresh leads through cold calling, referrals and other prospecting activities.
Build customer relationships, respond to queries and coordinate complaint resolution.
Work towards assigned sales targets and maintain consistent business quality.
Follow company processes, exercise due diligence and help prevent unauthorized or fraudulent transactions
Preferred candidate profile
Strong communication, interpersonal and customer-service skills.
Interest in sales, lead generation and relationship management.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach and willingness to learn.
ELIGIBILITY
Any graduate; freshers and candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience may apply.
Experience in sales or other customer-facing roles is an advantage.
Previous life insurance experience is not mandatory.
