Job Description : We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our International US Process as Customer Support agents. The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting US-based customers, providing support, and ensuring high-quality service. Whether you have prior experience or are a fresher, we encourage you to apply! Immediate joiners are preferred!
Key Responsibilities : Provide exceptional customer service through voice, support.
Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering clear, accurate, and helpful information.
Maintain and update customer records as required.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required Qualifications :12th Standard, or Graduate candidates can apply.
Both experienced candidates and freshers are welcome to apply.
Strong communication skills in English.
Basic technical knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits : Salary will be based on experience.
A two-way cab service will be provided.
US Night shifts.
