Job Profile

Responsible for Seamless Execution of Interior Projects, Estimation, Contracts & Billing Process.Work closely with senior management and other departments to ensure all projects are completed before schedule, of excellent quality, and within budget, while establishing a strong reporting system and actively tracking project progress. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of interior design processes, materials, and specifications.Foster strong client relationships, collecting feedback for continuous project improvement.Manage site activities, conduct visits, and coordinate effectively with various Vendors.Coordinate with the procurement team to resolve material supply challenges and ensure timely deliveries.Stay updated on market trends and research to apply the latest technologies for improved efficiency.Ensure adherence to project timelines and efficient coordination for timely product delivery from the factory.Uphold a high standard of leadership, combining technical expertise with strategic project management skills for successful interior projects.Ensure a strong reporting system as per requirements of senior management and track the same.Efficiently plan, gain approval, and analyse risks for comprehensive interior projects.Ensure strict adherence to project timelines and coordinate efficiently for timely product delivery.Establish and maintain a robust reporting system for effective project tracking and management.
