Full job description
Own performance marketing ads and B2B creatives from concept to final execution. Develop strong creative concepts, visual hooks and campaign ideas , rather than simply executing briefs. Create and adapt creatives across multiple platforms, formats and audiences. Work closely with marketing teams to translate business and communication objectives into effective visual solutions. Use performance insights to iterate, test and improve creatives . Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of design and craft. Contribute ideas for social media, campaigns and other brand initiatives when required.
