What’s This Role About?We are looking for a Video Editor who is passionate about storytelling, content creation, and the craft of editing. You will work closely with our creative and production teams to create engaging video content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong editing fundamentals with creative instincts, attention to detail, and a desire to continuously improve their craft.

Beyond technical skills, we're looking for someone who is curious about content, understands internet culture, studies great edits, and enjoys turning raw footage into compelling stories.

What You’ll Be DoingEdit videos for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and brand initiatives.Create engaging short-form and long-form content across platforms.Add music, sound design, graphics, captions, and visual elements to enhance storytelling.Create multiple versions and cutdowns from existing footage.Organize footage, project files, and creative assets efficiently.Implement feedback and revisions accurately and within timelines.Collaborate with producers, editors, and creative stakeholders throughout the production process.Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and creative standards.Stay updated on content trends, editing techniques, and platform best practices.Requirements1–5 years of professional video editing experience.Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.Familiarity with Adobe After Effects and motion graphics workflows.Good understanding of pacing, storytelling, music selection, and audience engagement.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Good communication and collaboration abilities.Portfolio showcasing recent editing work.Preferred QualificationsExperience editing social media content, reels, shorts, podcasts, or digital advertisements.Understanding of content trends across Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.Basic motion graphics and animation skills.Experience working in a fast-paced creative environment
