Verification Engineer

Job Description

As Verification Engineer, conducts target-oriented research to support the design, development, integration, verification, testing, and maintenance of hardware, software, and systems. Contributes to the continuous improvement of products and processes, supports customer-specific feature development, and performs integration, verification, and testing (IVT) to ensure system components meet defined requirements and specifications. Maintains laboratory equipment, tools, and test environments.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

Conducted target-oriented research to support hardware, software, and system development. Performed integration, verification, and testing (IVT) of software and hardware components. Validated integrated systems against functional and technical requirements. Supported the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of products and processes. Identified, analyzed, and resolved verification and integration issues. Maintained laboratory equipment, test setups, and verification tools. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery. Documented test results, verification activities, and technical findings in accordance with project standards.

Key Skills And Experience

You have:

Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of relevant experience.

Applied strong knowledge of communication and networking systems to support verification and testing activities.

Developed and maintained Python-based automation scripts to improve test efficiency and coverage.

Worked with test automation frameworks to streamline validation and regression testing.

Performed data analysis to identify trends, defects, and opportunities for quality improvement.

It would be nice if you also had:

Leveraged AI/ML fundamentals and AI-assisted tools, including LLMs, Copilot, and Cursor, to enhance test generation and troubleshooting.

Troubleshot complex networking scenarios to identify root causes and validate solutions.

Collaborated with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure product quality.

Demonstrated a strong learning mindset and adapted quickly to fast-paced, high-technology development environments.
