We have an opportunity for a Manager to join our Global Tax team in Bangalore reporting to the Senior Tax Manager. In this pivotal role, you will oversee U.S. federal and state tax compliance and reporting and provide high-level review and oversight of U.S. indirect tax compliance. Collaborating closely with Accounting, Treasury, Legal, and external advisors, you will play a key role in ensuring timely accurate compliance and reporting, while driving process improvements and AI-enabled innovation across the tax function.

Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do

Manage end-to-end U.S. federal and state income tax compliance, including the compliance calendar, estimated taxes, extensions, returns, and related workpapers

Coordinate with internal teams and external tax advisors, review deliverables, resolve open items, and ensure timely and accurate filings

Provide high-level review and oversight of U.S. indirect tax compliance, including sales and use tax filings, reconciliations, audits, notices, and business inquiries

Support quarterly and annual tax provision activities and review related account reconciliations and journal entries for accuracy, appropriate support, and SOX compliance

Monitor changes in U.S. federal, state, and indirect tax laws and assess potential impacts on the company

Serve as a key point of contact for Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Legal, and other stakeholders on U.S. tax matters

Drive process, documentation, and control improvements, including AI-enabled solutions that improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability

Be Prepared — What You Bring

5 years of tax experience in a multinational company and/or public accounting firm

Experience managing and reviewing U.S. federal and state income tax compliance

Experience coordinating with external advisors and managing multiple compliance deadlines

Working knowledge of U.S. sales and use tax compliance and audit support

Experience supporting ASC 740 tax provisions, tax account reconciliations, and journal entries

Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CA, or advanced tax degree preferred

Experience with Oracle, tax compliance software, or similar ERP systems

Interest in leveraging AI and automation to improve tax processes and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced global and quickly changing environment

One Year: In one year, you will independently oversee U.S. tax processes with timely and accurate execution. You will identify and implement process or documentation improvements, leveraging AI capabilities and have contributed to the continued evolution and scalability of the global tax function.
