About Team
We are seeking an execution‑focused Associate – Talent Management to support the design, delivery, and adoption of talent initiatives. This role will work closely with HRBPs and the Talent Management team to drive program execution, monitor adoption metrics, and provide insights that strengthen employee development and career progression.
The role requires strong operational discipline, stakeholder coordination, and analytical capability to ensure smooth execution of talent processes.

Employee Engagement SupportOrganize engagement activities tied to talent initiatives.Coordinate awareness sessions, manager enablement workshops, and skill‑based campaigns.Maintain clear documentation of workflows, guidelines, and FAQs.Ensure employees and managers can easily navigate systems like the Talent Marketplace.Draft communication materials, reminders, and status updates.Keep HRBPs and business leaders aligned on adoption progress and program timelines.Assist in execution of talent initiatives in partnership with HRBPs and COEs.Provide operational support for program rollouts and awareness campaigns.Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables.Support awareness and adoption of the internal Talent Marketplace platform.Track usage metrics (active users, project participation, IDP completion).Identify barriers to adoption and recommend improvement actions.Assist in building communication materials and toolkits to enable employees and managers.Support embedding of skills into hiring, development conversations, and performance management.Track skill data trends and identify gaps across functions.Assist in creating enablement materials for career conversations.Help develop communication guides that simplify career architecture for employees.Track IDP completion and quality metrics across business units.Identify trends in career movement and highlight skill gaps impacting progression.Prepare periodic reports on talent metrics and adoption trends.Support maintenance of Talent dashboards (skills data, IDP completion, attrition trends).
Qualifications & Experience
6+ months of experience in HR, Talent Management, or related areas.Strong analytical and reporting skills.Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.Detail‑oriented with good communication skills.Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with evolving priorities.
