Key Responsibilities:1. Lifecycle ManagementManage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience.Partner with business units to understand talent needs and provide HR solutions aligned with organizational priorities.2. Culture & Employee Relations (ER)Champion organizational culture and values through continuous engagement and communication.Drive Employee Relations (ER) initiatives, ensuring a transparent and fair approach to consequence management.Support Amber/PTM (Pulse/Team Mood) interventions to monitor engagement and design action plans for improvement.3. Performance ManagementLead the performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, and calibration sessions.Coach managers on feedback practices and performance improvement plans.Identify high performers and potential successors through structured assessments and talent reviews.4. Recruitment & Position ManagementPartner with the Talent Acquisition team to drive recruitment aligned to workforce planning.Ensure accurate position management and headcount tracking in HR systems.Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure quality of hire.5. Attrition ManagementAnalyze attrition trends and provide insights to business leaders for proactive retention strategies.Conduct stay interviews and drive retention programs for critical talent.6. Learning & Careers CharterImplement learning and development initiatives as per the organization’s Learning & Careers Charter.Partner with Learning teams to identify skill gaps and create development plans.Promote career conversations and internal mobility opportunities.7. Campus Program & ConnectDrive campus engagement programs, from recruitment to onboarding of campus hires.Maintain ongoing connect and mentoring initiatives for campus cohorts.8. Trackers & HR AnalyticsMaintain and analyze HR dashboards and trackers related to headcount, attrition, performance, and engagement.Present data-driven insights and reports for leadership reviews.9. Exit ManagementEnsure smooth and compliant exit processes, including exit interviews and knowledge transfer.Analyze exit data to identify patterns and improvement areas in retention and engagement.

Qualifications & Experience:Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalentExperience: 3 to 6 years in HR business partnering or talent management roles
