Position Overview

This position will interface directly with business users, developers, and business analysts to understand business requirements, define test strategy, create technical test plans, design and execute manual and automated testing, and help deliver high-quality solutions focused on the Salesforce platform.

Primary Responsibilities

Participate in regular scrum meetings, planning and story pointing sessions, design, and defect triaging Define End to End Test Cases in SFDC including cross system integrations Work closely with software developers and business analysts to resolve issues. Define and report daily and weekly status reports & QA Metrics Define Automated Test Plans, Regression Test Suites including UI, back end, Salesforce components & Integrations using Web and API automation. Use AI coding tools to assist with test automation development, test script generation, troubleshooting, and improving QA efficiency while validating accuracy and maintainability.

Education And Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education 3+ years’ experience in a Salesforce QA role Strong Knowledge of Salesforce Architecture Experience designing, developing, and maintaining test automation using tools and frameworks such as Java, JUnit, Selenium, WebDriver, API testing tools, and Salesforce test automation approaches Good hands-on testing experience with the Salesforce UI and navigation Good knowledge of Reports, page layouts and customizations Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases. Hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar tools to accelerate automation scripting, test data creation, code review, and defect analysis

Preferred Skills

Salesforce Admin or Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification Working knowledge of CI/CD tools like Copado, Flosum or other Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and applying AI-assisted development practices to improve test coverage, regression reliability, and release confidence

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit for extended periods: The role requires sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods, typically 7-8 hours a day. Use of computer and phone systems: The employee must be able to operate a computer, use phone systems, and type. This includes using multiple software programs and inquiries simultaneously.
