About the RoleQpiAI India Limited is looking for a Technical Recruiter to support hiring across AI, Quantum Computing, Software, Hardware, Semiconductor, Embedded Systems, VLSI, and other deep-tech domains. The role involves partnering with hiring managers, identifying top talent, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process to support the company's growth objectives.
Eligibility Criteria (Strictly Mandatory)Candidates must possess a BE/BTech degree and an MBA qualification, along with 1–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be considered.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate further evaluation with hiring teams.Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.Schedule and coordinate interviews with technical teams and leadership stakeholders.Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.Drive hiring initiatives across Software, AI/ML, Hardware, Embedded Systems, Semiconductor, VLSI, Quantum Computing, Cloud, and related technology domains.Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Support employer branding, campus hiring, and talent engagement initiatives.Monitor market trends and talent availability to support hiring strategies.Assist in improving recruitment processes and achieving hiring targets within defined timelines.
QualificationsBE/BTech (Mandatory)MBA in Human Resources or related specialization1–4 years of experience in Technical Recruitment
Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with technology hiring and engineering roles.Experience using recruitment platforms and sourcing tools.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Good organizational and coordination skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
