Responsibilities:

Accountable for driving execution and delivery of multiple high-profile technical projects from start to finish; projects assigned to this level tend to be highly complex and strategically prioritised.

Define, optimise, and manage Agile project management ceremonies and processes for large project teams.

Develop program plans comprised of parallel projects that collectively produce work that has significant business impact.

Identify scope of inputs and outputs as dependencies for technical teams, resolve gaps and create program milestones that ensure work is sequenced across teams.

Identify project risks; drive resolutions and communicate prioritised mitigation plans to stakeholders.

Monitor and adjust program plans to respond to unplanned changes, ensuring programs are progressing to meet business goals.

Requirements:

Minimum and Preferred. Inclusive of Licenses/Certs (include functional experience as well as behavioural attributes and/or leadership capabilities).

Proven ability to facilitate effective communication across disparate teams.

Evidence of strong planning, delivery, and problem-solving skills.

Superb written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and meeting facilitation skills (especially when working with senior leadership).

Typically has 5 or more years of progressively complex related experience.

Formal project management certifications.

Experience working in a media technology environment.

Technology domain knowledge, or demonstrated aptitude for learning a technology-based engineering domain.

BA/BS or equivalent experience required.
