Full job description
Responsibilities:
Manage the tracking and delivery of complex, multi-quarter technical projects spanning many teams and stakeholders.
Partner with PM/Engineering to oversee and help craft the product roadmaps for Interop and Developer Tools.
Provide Objectives and Key Results (OKR) management, coordination, and support. Launch review process coordination/support.
Manage the execution within the Engineering team, identifying opportunities for process overhead reduction/velocity improvement.
Evaluate and define the needs for additional tooling automation across our teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Operationalise Prodigy's strategic plan through the discipline of program management and enable the measurement of progress towards realising our strategic goals.
Communicate program objectives and strategic alignment to stakeholders with a variety of technical and non-technical backgrounds.
Work cross-functionally with product and business teams to deliver amazing experiences.
Drive operational excellence through engaging with stakeholders and identifying areas for improvement.
Bring a high-level view from Program/Initiative execution to the business management team.
Ensure Program - Strategic alignment and measurement of progress through program management best practices.
Manage and coordinate Go-to-Market (GTM) event launch activities across departments (Full-Stack Engineering teams, Product, Marketing, Sales, etc. ) and ensure seamless market launch(es).
Identify and manage cross-initiatives and cross-department dependencies, risks and issues.
Track and report a high-level view of the program's execution to senior management.
Assist teams in managing initiative portfolios that map to the strategic objectives.
Assist teams in the quarterly initiative planning process, chartering and information gathering.
Assist teams with release coordination and product readiness.
Work with the management and program leads to track and manage risk.
Facilitate program performance/operations meetings and support strategic alignment with corporate objectives.
Track and coordinate resolution of escalations.
Contribute to organisational performance improvements (e. g. JIRA, dependency management, quarterly planning, etc. ).
Conduct post-program evaluations with the ability to identify improvements for optimal process flow.
Stakeholder Management: ensure that program initiatives meet leadership and/or customer expectations, timely communication/escalation to leadership.
Ensures the senior management team is informed on program status and risks, and manages initiative-related escalations to resolution.
