About The Role & Team

As a Technical Analyst, you will support the administration, enhancement, and optimization of the OneStream platform while working closely with Finance stakeholders. Reporting to the Lead Technical Analyst, you will be part of the IS EPM team responsible for supporting the OneStream application.

This role is suited to an individual who can bridge the gap between business and technology, combining technical capabilities with a strong understanding of financial processes to support our digital transformation initiatives.

What You'll Do

Application Support & Operations: Support the day-to-day operation of the OneStream application and manage user administration, security setup, metadata maintenance, and workflow configuration.Finance Transformation & Enhancements: Support Finance Transformation initiatives through system enhancements, application testing, data analysis, defect analysis, and issue resolution.Financial Cycle Execution: Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles.Data Integration & Reconciliation: Assist with data integration, data loads, and reconciliation activities to ensure system data accuracy.Automation & Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using AI, digital tools, and automation technologies.Documentation & User Support: Create and maintain thorough technical and functional documentation while providing functional support to system users.

Qualifications

ABOUT YOUR SKILLS

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience: 2–5 years of experience in a Finance Systems, Technical Analyst, or Finance-related role (such as FP&A, Financial Reporting, Consolidation, or Accounting).EPM Systems: Hands-on experience with OneStream is preferred; knowledge of other EPM/CPM solutions is a plus.Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of SAP, databases and basic coding conceptsDomain Knowledge: Practical understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting processes, financial consolidation, and group reporting concepts.Innovation & Automation: Experience or exposure to AI, digital tools, and automation technologies.Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.Collaboration: Clear communication skills, with priority given to candidates possessing both finance and technical backgrounds to collaborate effectively between business and technology teams.Growth Mindset: Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
