We are seeking a Tax Manager – APAC & Global Transfer Pricing to join our global Tax Accounting team, where innovation knows no borders. As Tax Manager – APAC & Global Transfer Pricing, you will hold a dual-purpose role split equally between global transfer pricing matters and APAC direct tax compliance, US GAAP tax accounting (ASC 740) and regional statutory audits. Reporting directly to the Global Senior Director of Tax Accounting, you will also partner closely with the APAC-based Senior Manager of Tax Accounting on regional execution. This role ensures intercompany pricing models and regional tax frameworks directly support multi-year growth strategies, financial guidance and strict regulatory compliance while contributing to a high-performing global finance function.
What You'll Do
Review global transfer pricing calculations, intercompany true-ups and global TP documentation, including Master File, Local Files and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR).Partner with Legal and Treasury to draft, execute and maintain intercompany agreements that align with corporate tax structure and support cash management and debt refinancing.Assist the APAC-based Senior Manager of Tax Accounting with quarterly and annual ASC 740 income tax provision processes for APAC legal entities, including current and deferred taxes, valuation allowances and uncertain tax positions (FIN 48).Support the oversight of timely, accurate direct tax return filings and disclosures for local statutory audits across all APAC jurisdictions.Act as a key resource in responding to direct tax and transfer pricing audits and inquiries from regional tax authorities to defend tax positions.Monitor global tax legislation, including OECD BEPS 2.0 (Pillar One and Pillar Two) and regional transfer pricing regulations, to maintain proactive forward-looking compliance.
What You'll Bring
Required qualifications
Minimum 10 years of corporate tax experience within a multinational enterprise or Big 4 firm, with heavy technical emphasis on Transfer Pricing and APAC regional direct tax.Deep technical capability across OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, US GAAP (ASC 740) and APAC local statutory tax reporting frameworks.Proven financial modeling capabilities and experience defending transfer pricing positions and direct tax filings during tax authority audits.Demonstrated ability to translate complex international tax concepts into clear, actionable business strategies across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Active CPA, CA or Master’s degree in Taxation, Accounting or Economics.
