About Availity India

Availity India is an important part of Availity's global growth journey. Based in Bengaluru, our India teams partner closely with U.S. and global stakeholders across technology, product, operations, customer support, and corporate functions.

Our India organisation is being built with a strong focus on ownership, learning, collaboration, operational excellence, and meaningful business impact. Associates in India have the opportunity to contribute to global initiatives while developing their skills in a fast-growing environment.

About The Role

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented Talent Associate (P1) to support Availity India's growing hiring needs. This is an early-career Talent Acquisition role with a strong focus on bulk and high-volume hiring, interview scheduling, candidate sourcing, candidate communication, and day-to-day recruiting operations.

The Talent Associate will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates to keep hiring processes moving efficiently and provide a timely, professional candidate experience. The role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment and an opportunity to build a long-term career in Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Support bulk and high-volume recruitment campaigns across assigned business functions. Coordinate interviews across candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels, including complex schedules and rescheduling requirements. Prepare and send accurate interview confirmations, instructions, reminders, and follow-up communications. Act as a responsive point of contact for candidates and keep them informed about interview progress and next steps. Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, employee referrals, internal databases, job portals, networking, and other direct channels. Conduct initial profile reviews and basic screening against agreed role requirements, as assigned by the recruiter. Build and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring and volume hiring requirements. Create and maintain hiring trackers, interview status reports, requisition updates, and candidate records. Update Workday or other recruitment systems accurately, including candidate stages, notes, source information, disposition reasons, and interview outcomes. Follow up with interviewers for timely feedback and escalate delays to the responsible recruiter. Support offer documentation, pre-employment activities, background verification coordination, post-offer engagement, and onboarding hand-offs. Assist with recruitment drives, walk-ins, campus programmes, hiring events, referral campaigns, and employer-branding activities. Protect candidate and company information and follow recruiting, privacy, compliance, and data-security requirements. Identify recurring coordination or process issues and suggest practical improvements to increase speed, accuracy, and candidate experience.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment coordination, sourcing, HR operations, or recruitment support. Exposure to bulk, volume, frontline, technology, operations, or shared-services hiring. Hands-on experience coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates and stakeholders. Basic sourcing capability using job portals, professional networks, internal databases, and employee referrals. Strong organisation, prioritisation, follow-through, and attention to detail. Clear written and verbal communication skills and a professional, candidate-friendly approach. Ability to manage multiple open roles, interview schedules, and tasks in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience using an applicant tracking system or recruitment management tool.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using Workday Recruiting, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or similar platforms. Experience supporting hiring events, walk-in drives, campus recruitment, or large interview panels. Basic knowledge of recruitment reporting, funnel tracking, and data hygiene. Experience working with distributed teams or U.S. and global stakeholders. Interest in developing capability across sourcing, candidate assessment, stakeholder partnership, and recruitment analytics.

What Success Looks Like

Interviews are scheduled accurately and candidates receive clear, timely communication. Candidate and requisition data remains current, complete, and reliable in recruitment systems. Bulk hiring activities are supported with strong organisation, speed, and attention to detail. Sourcing activity contributes relevant candidates to assigned hiring pipelines. Recruiters and hiring managers receive dependable operational support and proactive updates. The associate progressively builds the skills required to manage defined recruitment activities independently.
