As we continue to grow, we are building people practices that are as innovative, agile and consumer-centric as the business itself.What You’ll DoManage end-to-end recruitment for business and corporate functions for assigned roles, from understanding hiring requirements to offer closure and joining.Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and translate them into a clear hiring brief.Source and build a pipeline of qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, internal mobility, and other channels.Screen candidates and conduct initial conversations to assess fit for the role and readiness to move forward in the process.Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth and timely candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Drive candidate communication, follow-ups and offer discussions to ensure strong engagement and timely closures.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and hiring data in the ATS/HRMS.Support employer branding initiatives, hiring campaigns and other talent acquisition projects as the organisation scales.What We’re Looking For1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced/start-up environment.Hands-on experience with end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.Strong understanding of sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management.Experience with job portals like LinkedIn and Naukri, along with HRMS/ATS platforms.Strong attention to detail, with a structured approach to tracking and closing roles and the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities at the same time.
