Role Description The Talent Acquisition Intern role at OneFin is an on-site position based in Bengaluru. Sourcing and screening candidates for various roles, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records in the applicant tracking system. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and posting job descriptions, assisting in employer branding initiatives, and communicating with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process. Organize hiring events, compile recruitment reports, and contribute ideas to improve talent acquisition strategies, while gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring in a fast-growing fintech environment.
QualificationsProficiency in Excel.Exposure to Recruiting and Full-life Cycle Recruiting, with an interest in learning end-to-end hiring processes.Ability to support Interviewing and Hiring activities, including scheduling, coordination, and candidate communication.Interest in Employer Branding, including social media presence, career page content, and candidate experience initiatives.Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills to handle multiple recruiting tasks efficiently.Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.Demonstrated professionalism, confidentiality, and a willingness to learn within a structured internship program.
